Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be entirely happy with your online purchase from our store. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will gladly process a return or refund for you.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packing, and in the same condition that you received it.
We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned item if you are qualified for a return. Refunds will be granted using the original payment method.
Items that are broken or defective: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be subtracted from your refund amount.
Return Shipping
The buyer is responsible for the price of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or buy shipment insurance. We are not liable for things that are lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
